3. Timings, availability and prices
- "Same-day" and "next-day" visits are targets, not guarantees. They depend on your area, the time you book, traffic, weather and how busy we are.
- We may not be able to serve every area or every time slot.
- Any price mentioned on the website is indicative. You get the actual price in a quote after inspection, before work starts.
4. Repair outcomes
We cannot promise that every appliance can be repaired. Some faults need parts that are not available, and some repairs cost more than the appliance is worth. If that happens, we will tell you so you can decide what to do.
5. Safety
Appliances use mains electricity, water, refrigerant gas and heat. Please do not open or repair them yourself, especially geysers and microwave ovens. A microwave oven can hold a dangerous electric charge even after it is unplugged.
- If an appliance sparks, smells of burning or leaks water near electrical parts, switch it off at the MCB or main switch and call us.
- If a geyser leaks, switch off its power and close its water supply.
- In an emergency, such as a fire, call the emergency services on 112.
